Cancellations, substitutions and requests for refunds will not be accepted by
telephone and must be submitted in writing. Cancellations and refunds will be considered
only if submitted in writing no later than the following deadlines:
Cancellations received by 09/24/07 - Full Refund, less $50 fee; Cancellations received after
09/24/07 and on or before 12/20/07 - 50% refund and 50% Conference credit; Cancellations
received after 12/21/07 - No refund but you will be issued a 100% Conference credit for any Future Black marlin event. Cancellations must be
