Jay Grdina, CEO and Partner

Jay Grdina, 36, is Chief Executive Officer of ClubJenna, Inc., which he owns with his wife, the adult film star Jenna Jameson. Mr. Grdina has earned a reputation as one of the most astute business and creative minds in the adult industry. A native of Ohio, Jay is an alumnus of the University of San Diego, where he majored in business and psychology. After school he first pursued a career as a male model, but quickly turned to business, where he was active in several ventures until 1992, when he began investing in adult films directed by the renowned Michael Ninn.  He learned the intricacies of the adult film industry from Mr. Ninn, beginning as a crewmember and later managing the adult studio that he later purchased. 

In 1998 he left the adult movie industry and its 100-hour weeks and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, where he started a thriving telecommunications business. He and Ms. Jameson launched ClubJenna, Inc. in 2001. Together they have created award-winning and best-selling films such as “Bella Loves Jenna,” “I Dream of Jenna,” “Jenna Jameson Is The Masseuse” and others. He engineered a distribution partnership for the company’s films with industry leader Vivid Entertainment Group. He launched ClubJenna.com, which has become one of the most profitable and popular subscription Websites in the world.  Under his direction the company has signed top actresses to become ClubJenna Girls and perform exclusively for the company.  They include Brea Bennett, Jesse Capelli, McKenzie Lee, Ashton Moore, Sophia Rossi, and Chanel St. James. The company also manages the websites for numerous other top adult stars such as Tera Patrick and Briana Banks. Mr. Grdina negotiated a publishing agreement with HarperCollins that resulted in How to Make Love Like A Porn Star: A Cautionary Tale by Jenna Jameson and Neil Strauss which became a New York Times bestseller. The company has also developed numerous brand extensions for Ms. Jameson through a wide range of products such as herbal supplements, erotic toys and even action figures based on the likeness of Ms. Jameson.

In addition to his business activities, Mr. Grdina has won numerous honors for his creative work in adult films under the screen and directing name of Justin Sterling, including 2005 AVN Awards for Best Actor, Best Video and Best Film. He was also selected by Details magazine as one of the “Fifty Most Influential Men Under Thirty-Seven."

Gregory A. Piccionelli, Esq.

Gregory A. Piccionelli is widely regarded in the adult entertainment industry as one of the nation=s leading adult entertainment attorneys, particularly in the field of online adult entertainment matters.  His client list spans the spectrum of the adult entertainment industry and includes a significant portion of the world’s largest adult entertainment companies.

John Ticer is responsible for NeuStar’s overall product strategy, planning, and go to market activities for new initiatives in the wireless and identity sectors.

Prior to joining NeuStar in 2003, Mr. Ticer served as President and CEO of BioNetrix Systems, a venture-backed software company focused on biometric authentication and enterprise single sign-on. He was President and CEO of Stac Inc., a NASDAQ storage management software company, before coming to BioNetrix in 2000. Mr. Ticer joined Stac as Chief Operating Officer in early 1997 from IBM, where he was Director of Strategy and Investments for the company’s systems management product lines and the Tivoli business unit. Prior to IBM, Mr. Ticer served in marketing, business development, and sales roles at enter-prise systems management software companies, Legent and Landmark Systems, as well as at Motorola and Data General.

Mr. Ticer holds an MBA from Dartmouth College and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Tsantes joined Intersections Inc. as Chief Technology Officer in January 2005. Intersections Inc. (NASDAQ: INTX) is a leading provider of branded and fully customized identity management solutions in North America.  Additionally, through majority-owned Screening International LLC, Intersections provides pre-employment background screening services domestically and internationally in partnership with Control Risks Group Limited of the United Kingdom.  In this role, Mr. Tsantes leads all technology activities including development, IT operations, and information security across all business units.

He is also responsible for developing services related to strong consumer authentication, including age authentication.  He is driving products for age authentication via the mobile phone and for storing sensitive items on a mobile device.  Mr. Tsantes is co-chair of the Identity Management Standards Panel (IDSP) Working Group 3 and frequent speaker at industry events including the FTC’s Proof Positive and Security in Numbers.

Prior to joining Intersections, Mr. Tsantes was a Partner in Accenture’s Capital Markets Group, part of the global firm’s Financial Services practice and a member of its FSI Technology leadership.  Mr. Tsantes earned a B.A. in Management from Virginia Wesleyan College in 1983 and an M.B.A. with an MIS concentration from Old Dominion University in 1986.
